    Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    We offer free standard delivery within Germany for all laptop orders. For EU customers, shipping costs vary depending on your location and preferred courier. The exact delivery cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

    How long will delivery take?

    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
    Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days, while international EU deliveries may take 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.
    When your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can monitor delivery progress in real time. If there are any updates or delays, our support team will notify you right away.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    A digital receipt is automatically sent to your email after checkout. You can also access your invoices anytime by logging into your CULDRA UG account under the Orders section.

    How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

    Currently, we do not offer a dedicated gift receipt option. However, you can contact our support team immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

    How long do I have to return an order?

    You can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@culdra.com with your order number, and our team will assist you with the return instructions.

    Payment Information

    How is the recipient reimbursed?

    Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically through the same payment method used for the purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the reimbursement has been completed. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

    Yes. All refunds are issued using the original method of payment for security and verification reasons. If this isn’t possible (for example, if your card has expired), our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

    Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

    Currently, we only ship within Germany and other EU countries. However, the billing address and shipping address can be different, as long as both are located within our supported delivery zones.

    How can I return an item?

    You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your product. Contact us at support@culdra.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the steps and provide the return shipping instructions.

    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    Yes. All product photos on our website accurately represent the items we ship. However, slight color or texture differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    Yes. Many of our laptops are restocked regularly. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or contact our support team for estimated availability updates.
