Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CULDRA UG, Lingen, info@culdra.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you within fourteen days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed.

For electronic products (e.g. laptops), we reserve the right to claim compensation for any loss of value if the returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

General Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Deviating conditions of the customer do not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Contracting Party

3. Conclusion of Contract

By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email.

4. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within 5-7 working days within Germany and the EU, subject to availability. Delays due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions) are reserved.

6. Payment

We accept all common payment methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Warranty & Guarantee

The statutory warranty period of 24 months from delivery applies and cannot be restricted.
In addition, we pass on the manufacturer’s warranty of our production partner: This covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery date. Damage caused by improper use, software modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this manufacturer’s warranty.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Further liability, in particular for data loss or loss of profit, is excluded. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

10. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these T&C be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The statutory regulation shall apply instead.

11. Final Provisions

German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Osnabrück, provided the customer is a merchant under the German Commercial Code (HGB).

Delivery time:
Delivery within Germany and the EU takes place within 5-7 working days.

We work with established shipping service providers such as DHL, Hermes, or comparable companies.
